Company History

The corporation DAINPO spol. s r.o. was established in 1996. These services had already been provided individually by the company owner since 1992. In 1994, the company’s executive director passed the tax advisor exams and was registered as a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors under registration number 0509.

In 1996, the corporation DAINPO, spol. s r.o. was founded, with its primary focus on accounting record management and additional advisory services. Shortly after the Chamber of Tax Advisors allowed the creation of tax advisory companies, DAINPO, spol. s r.o. became a member of the Chamber of Tax Advisors with authorization to provide tax advisory services. Over time, the corporation has grown into a company employing 15 full-time employees and several external collaborators, primarily students working under work agreements. During its existence, we have changed our main office several times until, in 2014, we hopefully settled permanently in Český Těšín on Mánesova Street.

Currently, our employee structure is stable, both in terms of numbers and personnel.

In an effort to provide comprehensive services to our clients, we have established cooperation with the law firms: Mgr. Janusz Sabela, Mgr. Alexandr Wojnar, and Siwy & Co. Law Office.
